Purolator Shipping for Canadian Businesses
GenXpress lets Canadian businesses ship through its corporate Purolator agreement, with quoting and day-to-day shipping managed in the GenXpress platform.
Use the corporate agreement through your GenXpress account
You do not need your own Purolator account to use this offering. GenXpress applies your company’s corporate pricing to the available carrier services returned for the shipment. Create a GenXpress account and complete the review process to start booking.
A quote is specific to the origin, destination, package and selected options. Pricing and service availability should be checked in the application for each shipment; the examples on this website are not a promise of a particular rate.
Choose among the services returned for your route
Review the available ground or express services and the delivery information shown with each quote. The options depend on the shipment details and carrier availability. Check the service name and any stated delivery commitment before choosing.
GenXpress supports package and envelope workflows. Enter accurate shipment details and review any restrictions or validation messages instead of assuming every packaging type or destination is supported.
Manage labels, pickups and tracking in one place
Create shipping labels from the booking flow, using supported thermal 4 × 6 or regular 8.5 × 11 formats. Manage eligible pickups and follow carrier tracking updates in GenXpress. Each team member can have a separate login with the permissions needed for their work.
Pickup timing follows the carrier’s area and lead-time rules. A pickup request can be rejected; confirm its status in the application and arrange another eligible handoff when needed.
Understand who provides each part of the service
GenXpress Inc. operates the platform and manages your GenXpress account and invoicing. Purolator provides the carrier service. GenXpress is not Purolator.
